Terms of Agreement.
1. Definitions: - Forum: The forum is accessible for everyone who meets the General Conditions. The forum exists of a collection of bulletins, placed by the members, users or team members. - User: Anyone who uses the TWclaim services without an account. A user only has reading rights in the public section of the forum. By using this service, the user agrees with the General Conditions. The user can become a member of this service by registering himself for a personal account. - Account/Member: The free membership of the forum service of TWclaim. - Team member: The employees / staff of TWclaim that takes action in name of the TWclaim team. They are considered to speak and act on behalf of the Executive Board of TWclaim, unless mentioned differently by the Executive Board. Every decision made by the team members of TWclaim are in principle definitive. You cannot correspond about these decisions, unless clearly stated that it is possible to go to court with it. - Post: A message on the forum that is placed by the member while using the account that is made available by TWclaim. - Sanction: By TWclaim or one of the employees, a member can be sanctioned or warned concerning or as a result of this members behavior. These sanctions can only be destroyed by the board or by the by the board authorized persons. The content of the General Conditions will always override this removal. - Removal: A members access to one or more services can be denied for a certain or indefinite period. This is possible after an earlier sanction or warning, but also immediately. This to assess the team. Conditions can be added to a removal (ban), to reach a suppression of this removal. The places bulletins and the account will not be removed. A member can make an objection at the mediator in case of a removal. The content of the General Conditions will always override this removal. - Executive Board: The management of TWclaim. - Netiquette: The member needs to maintain the so-called netiquette the general rules of decency and handling, at all time. Additional provisions for members. 2. The member is responsible for the content of the by his/her account places messages. 3. The member needs to carefully handle with the to him/her appointed account. Liability 4. A user is fully and mainly responsible for all damage that results out of handlings and behaviors of the user. 5. TWclaim can not guarantee concerning the correctness or exactitude of the data, information or software on this forum nor concerning the aptitude of it for any purpose, any situation or for any application. There cannot be appealed, for any reason whatsoever, on the in this forum attentive data, information or software. TWclaim is thus not responsible for possible damage, loss or any other effects that could result of the use of the in this forum attentive data, information or software. TWclaim rights and prohibitions 6. TWclaim expressly reserves the right to deny access to a user without giving any reason. 7. A member is always entitled to recite his/her account. The personal data of the relevant account will be removed. Placed messages cannot be removed, because they are part of the discussions. 8. TWclaim expressly reserves the right to change or remove the design and/or content of messages, comments or any form of content whatsoever. 9. The offering of or asking for illegal, stolen and/or copyright protected software and/or hardware on TWclaim can result to immediate exclusion of all TWclaim services and/or accommodations. TWclaim can declare this. 10. Abuse of TWclaim and/or associated services may result in exclusion of one or all TWclaim services and/or facilities. 11. It is strictly forbidden to send a member (unasked) e-mail(s), at least e-mail(s) whose content is general in nature and not directly related to the contents of a message posted by a member, a member (unasked) e-mail(s) to send, which commercial products or services offered, irrespective of whether such products or services (indirectly) related to the contents of a message posted by a member, e-mail addresses of users and/or members of one of the services TWclaim to collect. 12. These conditions, as well as disputes or claims arising from, or related conditions, are governed by Dutch law. TWclaim may change these conditions without notice. These amendments will immediately be posted after the change 13. TWclaim is not responsible for maintaining all claims, members etc. 14. TWclaim is not liable for any espionage activities within tribes, claims or forum. 15. TWclaim can not be held responsible for incorrect scripts, bugs etc. Unforeseen circumstances 16. In cases not provided for in the each of the general conditions, general FAQ's FAQ or the relevant parts (if any), will the executive board of TWclaim decide. 17. The member gives TWclaim permission to store the information necessary for the operation of the forum. TWclaim will never use personal information provided by users for any commercial purpose or for the operation of the sites and services TWclaim. Data will never be made available to other parties.

You get redirected to the external auth of tribalwars, fill in your username and pass from tribalwars. We can't see the given password, the actions take place on the tribalwars server so your password will stay save. 2. When authorisation is correct you will be send back to us, then we ask a new password for you account on TWclaim. This has not to be the same password.
